Butter biscuit is a tasty evening tea time snack for kids. We can prepare in home by simple method.
Ingredients
1 ½ cup Icing Sugar or Sugar
2 pinch Salt
2 pinch Salt
1 pinch baking soda
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add melted ghee, salt, baking soda and sugar.
Then add the corn flour slowly and mix well.
Now add maida flour gradually; mix well until there are no lumps.
Dough should be thick and soft in consistency.
Take small lime size and roll them flat with a rolling pin; cut into round shape
In a baking tray spread some ghee or butter and arrange the biscuits and bake in 350 F preheated oven.
Keep approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Delicious butter biscuits ready.
