There are various method to prepare Fish fry and this is one of the popular method in South India.
Ingredients:
1 Kg Fish(any fish)3 tbsp Chilli Powder
2 tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Tumeric Powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste
2 tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Tumeric Powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste
1 tsp Coriander powder(Optional)
Preparation:
- Clean the fish and slice into pieces.
- Marinate fish with all the above ingredients and refrigerate it for 30 min.
- In a fry pan add oil, cook the fish pieces on medium heat both the sides until became crispy.
