Paleo Egg Noodles | Grain free Low carb Noodles | LCHF


Paleo Egg Noodles/Grain free /LCHF
Ingredients :
Onion 1 no sliced
capsicum 1/2 cup
Carrot 1/4 cup
Cabbage 2 cups
Egg 4 no

Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder 1Tsp
Black pepper powder as  per taste
Salt to taste
Extra virgin Olive oil 3 tbsp
(add butter or coconut oil instead of Olive oil )


Preparations :
In a bowl break the eggs one by one and add in it
Add 1/4 tea spoon of turmeric powder, One tsp chilly powder  and salt as per taste
Whisk the egg mixture well
Place a pan on the stove add oil (coconut,olive )or butter
When it became hot add the whisked egg and fry well
When the eggs are done transfer to a plate
Now saute the vegetables in the same pan,add apple cider vinegar as optionally i used here.
Saute it well, don't overcook the vegetables, it should remains it crunchiness.
Now add the fried eggs to the vegetables mix well
Our Paleo egg noodles is ready.

Ingredients 
  • Egg  5 No
  • Big Onion  2 No
  • Chilly Powder 2 Tsp
  • Gram Masala  Powder 1Tsp
  • Curry leaves 1 Strands
  • Coriander leaves 1 Tbsp
  • Salt 
  • Oil
  • Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Egg Masala
Preparations :
  • In a vessel put the eggs and add water to it.
  • Now boil the eggs,when the eggs hard-boiled clean the shell.
  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and keep it aside.
  • In a pan add oil,when the oil became hot add onions .
  • Fry the onions until become transparent .
  •  Add the masala powders fry for a minute.
  • Now add the eggs,coriander leaves  and salt.
  • Give gentle stir and fry for 5 minutes.  
Options.
Add the curry leaves at last
.it gives nice aroma.

Egg Biscuit | Muttai biscuit | Coin Biscuit




Egg Biscuit one of my favorite biscuit variety available in all bakeries in Tamil Nadu, when I was kid my mother bought for me from the bakery its is crunchy and yummy in taste and I love to take it as a evening snack, same like me now my son is asking, he loves it very much, Specially for him I make this egg biscuit. In our area we call it as Muttai biscuits, because it's shape is small and flat we also call it as Coin biscuits or Bean Biscuit.

Egg Biscuit Coin Biscuit Ingredients :
Egg 1 No
Sugar 1/2 Cup
All Purpose Flour 6 Tbsp
Yellow Food Color a pinch
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 Tsp


how to make Egg Biscuit or Muttai biscuit

Preparations
  1. Preheat the Oven at 150 degree for 15 Minutes.
  2. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and apply oil on it and dust with All purpose flour.
  3. In a Mixing bowl add sugar and Egg beat it well.
  4. In the beaten mixture add Baking powder,Vanilla essence and food color , Give gentle mix.
  5. Now slowly add the All purpose flour and mix it gently.
  6. Pour this batter onto the baking tray drop by drop,from the piping machine to make small drops.
  7. Now place the tray into the oven bake it for 10 to 15 minutes or until became golden color.
  8. The biscuits will be soft initially after taken out of the oven. Allow them to cool for few minutes then will become crispy.

Cooking Tips :
Instead of Vanilla essence you can use Pineapple,Orange,Mango,Strawberry Essences(But the Original is Vanilla flavor)
You can use 1 More Egg also.
Food color is also optional (Which flavor your are using add that food color to it kids will like it).

Serving Tips :
Store it in airtight container.

The combination of South Indian style curry with Egg Omelet gives delicious taste. This curry serves as the main course and combine it with anything i.e. Rice, Roti, Idli, Dosa and Bread. Preparations For Omelet
  1. In a bowl add the Egg, finely chopped Onion, Coriander leaves and Salt.
  2. Whisk the Eggs until well mixed.
  3. In a pan add oil and pour the beaten Eggs.
  4. Turn the omelet to cook it on another side.
  5. Cut the omelet into big pieces.

Preparations for curry
  1. Grind the Coconut and Cashew nuts.
  2. Wash and Chop the Onion and Tomato
  3. In a kadai add oil, when the oil become hot add Ginger Garlic paste and Onion
  4.  Saute until the Onion become transparent, then add  the Tomato
  5. When the Tomato mashed well add the Salt, Grinded paste, Garam masala, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder and Water
  6. Keep the flame slow for 15 minutes, boil it well
  7. Now add the Omelet into the curry and Cook for 2 minutes without stirring much in low flame.

How to make Omelet Curry - Omelette Kuzhambu
Cooking Tips :

You can keep this curry as base and Instead of Omlet you can add Paneer( Cottage Cheese ) or Mushroom or any Vegetables like Potato, Peas.
Serving Tips :
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and Serve Hot.

Spicy Egg Curry Recipe | Muttai Puli Kulambu


Muttai Puli Kulambu (Kuzhambu) or Egg Curry is a popular recipe in South Indian which is a good combination for rice in lunch time, There is different variations in Preparation of this recipe, This type I learned from my Mother-in-law, The combination of Sour and spicy gives mouthwatering taste.

South Indian Egg Curry


Spicy Egg Curry - Muttai Puli Kulambu  - Ingredients

Preparation Time : 20 mins | Cooking Time : 20 mins | Yield : 4 Servings

Egg - 4 no's
Shallots (Small Onion) - 10
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Tamarind small lemon size
Red Chilli powder 2 - tsp
Sambar powder 1/2 - tbsp
Coriander Powder 2 - tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 - tsp
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Coconut Powder / Grated Coconut 1 - cup
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Urad Dal splitted 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds(Vendhayam) 1/4 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Sunflower Oil 1 tbsp
Pinch of Astofodia/Perungayam
Salt - to taste
Water

Indian Egg Curry

Preparation Method:

  1. Soak the tamarind in a cup of water.
  2. Grind the grated coconut into paste.
  3. In a kadai(pan) add the Sesame oil, Sunflower oil, when the oil is hot add the Mustard seeds, splitted urad Dal, Cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds/vendhayam
  4. After spluttering add the big Onion lengthwise chopped, Small Onion's, chopped Tomato, Curry leaves and Astofodia/Perungayam.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves mix well.
  6. Fry till the tomato get cooked, then add the tamarind water, Red chilli powder, Sambhar Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander powder, Coconut paste, Salt and 3 cups of water
  7. leave the curry to boil for 10 min.
  8. crack the Egg one by one pour it into the curry carefully, simmer the stove for 5 min to cook the Eggs.
  9. Tasty Egg Curry Recipe / Muttai Puli Kulambhu is ready, Serve hot with rice for Lunch.

Spicy Egg Noodles with Vegetables


Noodles Recipe  is very popular and easy to cook dish. Today I will show you how to make Tasty Egg noodles with mixed Vegetables in my Style.

Ingredients:
2 pack Noodles
2 Eggs
1 Onion
1 small Tomato
1/4 tsp  Chilli powder
2 tsp Curry powder
Mixed vegetables (Carrot,Bell pepper, Cabbage, peas)
Salt for taste
Coriander leaves
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Paprika( Optional )


Steps to Prepare

In a pan add oil ,sliced onion fry until onion became transparent
Add the tomato and fry well
Add other vegetables (Carrot, Bell Pepper, Cabbage, peas) and mix well
Add the above mentioned powders and paprika and mix well, simmer the flame and cook for 5 min
now add enough water bring to boil ,put the Noodles and mix well
Then Add Soya Sauce and coriander leaves Mix everything well.
Cook it well until  the noodles became like single thread

Crack the eggs and pour it into a cup and add a pinch of salt and slightly mix it.
Take another Pan, heat a tsp of oil and then add the egg  and make it scrambled
When the egg cooked well then add and mix well with the Noodles.

Cooking Tips
Make sure that the vegetables should be half cooked
The Vegetables can be of your choice.

Serving Tips
Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.

Boiled Egg Masala Fry


Boiled Egg Masala Fry is a simple and tasty recipe in South India. There are various methods to prepare Egg Masala in India. In our family we use this method  to prepare Egg Masala which is more spicy and tasty.
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 cup Onion chopped
2 tsp Red chili powder
Salt for taste
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder a pinch
2 tsp Curry powder
3 tsp Oil


Preparation:
  • Boil the Eggs and cut it into small pieces
  • In a fry pan add Oil and curry leaves and finely chopped Onion fry until the onion become transparent
  • Add the curry powder,Turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  • Then add Eggs and salt
  • Fry well for 3 minutes (The Egg yolk should be dissolve).

Fried Cornflakes chicken

Fried Cornflakes chicken is a different kind of recipe with the spicy Indian masala and Crispy Cornflakes, Children's like this taste. try this recipe and give me your feedback

Ingredients
5 Chicken drum stick
1 cup Cornflakes
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Chili powder
1tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Maida or All purpose flour
Salt for taste
1tsp Chilly chicken powder (optional)
1 Egg
Oil for deep frying
 
Preparation 
  • Remove the skin and wash the chicken well
  • Marinated  the Chicken drumstick with Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Ginger garlic paste, Pepper powder, Maida and Salt.
  • Keep the chicken aside for 3 hrs
  • Crash the cornflakes well with dough roller
  • In a plate pour the egg add beat it well 
  • Take the marinated chicken dip it in the beaten egg and the roll it in cornflakes, then deep fry it well.
Cornflakes chicken ready.
