Easy Oven Baked fish and vegetables



Ingredients :
Fish 2 Kgs
Vegetables (Potato,Tomato,Lemon,Bell pepper,Carrots)
Olive oil 2 Tbsp

Easy Oven Baked fish and vegetables
Marination:
Cumin powder 1Tbsp
Paprika 1Tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 Tbsp
Onion powder 1Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1Tbsp
Note use any mild fish masala powder

Preparations :
Wash and cut the fish into thin slices.
Add the marination powder to the fish,mix it well.
Keep the marinated fish in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or atleast a hour.
Preheat the oven at 200 degree cel for 20 minutes.
In a baking tray brush some olive oil add the diced vegetables.
Now place the marinated fish on top of the vegetables.
Bake at 200 degree cel for 45 minutes.
Serve with hot rice or with bread.

Kofta|Meatballs recipe


Kofta|Meatballs
Kofta is a type of meatball or dumpling that is widely distributed in middle eastern,south Asian,Mediterranean cuisines.These koftas dishes are very popular with Indian diaspora and are widely available from many Indian restaurants.A meatball is ground meat rolled into a small ball, sometimes along with other ingredients, such as bread crumbs, minced onion,eggs,butter and seasoning.Meatballs are cooked by frying ,baking ,steaming or braising in sauce.

Ingredients :
Minced meat (beef/mutton) 1/2 kg
bread slice 4 no
water 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Onion 1 no
Green chilli 3 no
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Garam masala or any kebab masala 3 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp/any other oil

Preparations :
In a bowl add the four pieces of bread and 1/2 glass of water.mash the bread well.
Add the minced meat chopped onion and coriander leaves to the bread.
Add the pepper powder,turmeric powder,kebab masala and salt to taste mix it well.
Keep in refrigerate for 30 mins.apply some oil in your hands and make small sized balls.
In a pan add some oil,keep the flame as medium low then put the meat balls one by one.
Do shallow  fry on both sides well.Now the meats ball/Koftas are done.
Serve with roti or with rice.

Paleo Panner Dosa | Keto | Paleo Paneer Oothappam | பேலியோ | LCHF recipes


Ingredients :
Panner/Cottage Chesse 1 cup
spring onion  
shredded coconut 1/2 cup
mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
curry leaves
turmeric pieces 
Salt to taste

Preparations 
In a mixer jar put the panner,cheese,coconut and grind into paste
Now transfer the paste to the bowl and add the remaining ingredients 
Mix the batter well
In a pan put the panner batter 2 to 3 spoons and gently press it down
Keep the flame in low otherwise the dosa will burnt quickly 
when the sides become little brown in color,now try to flip it to another side gently.
cook both the sides well
NOTE :
if u cant able to flip ur dosa,or it stick to the pan means now add more chesse to the batter and try it again because the cheese is the bonding agent here
