Ingredients:
- Dal:100gms
- Small Onion : 10 No
- Curry leaves
- Dry red chilly: 4 No
- Mustard seeds:1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds:1 Tsp
- Oil : 2 Tsp
- Ghee:1 Tsp
- Salt
Preparation:
- Wash the dal and pressure cook it for 10 Min.
- In a sauce pan add oil,ghee,mustard seeds & cumin seeds
- Add the curry leaves,red chilly & chopped small onion fry it well
- Mix this with the dal & add salt to taste
This will goes with rice
