Pavakkai varuval | Bittergourd fry
Ingredients :
Pavakkai/bitter gourd 2 No
Coconut oil 3 Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp
Red chilly powder 2 Tsp
Sambhar powder 2 Tsp
Salt to taste

Chicken patties | Keto | Paleo
Ingredients :
Minced chicken 1/2 kg
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Garlic chopped 1 Tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 Tbsp
Green chilly 1 Tsp
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Butter 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Kebab masala /garam masala 1 Spoon
Pepper powder 1 Tsp
salt to taste
Oil 1Tbsp
Preparations :
In a bowl add the washed minced chicken.(make sure there is no water in the chicken dry all the water from the chicken).
Now add the all above ingredients to the minced chicken.
Mix it well keep the marinated chicken for 20 min.
Apply some oil to your hand ,make small round shaped ball press it down and make small patties.
Place the patties one by one in the airfryer and fryer for 20 min at 4 level temperature.
Meanwhile flip the patties in the airfryer, cook both sides well.
Now our chicken patties are done.
Note:We can fry the chicken patties in the pan also,keep on medium low add little oil
cook on both sides until they are tender ans soft.
Parmesan cheese is an optional one you add any other cheese.

Easy Oven Baked fish and vegetables
Ingredients :
Fish 2 Kgs
Vegetables (Potato,Tomato,Lemon,Bell pepper,Carrots)
Olive oil 2 Tbsp

Cumin powder 1Tbsp
Paprika 1Tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 Tbsp
Onion powder 1Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1Tbsp
Note use any mild fish masala powder
Wash and cut the fish into thin slices.
Add the marination powder to the fish,mix it well.
Keep the marinated fish in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or atleast a hour.
Preheat the oven at 200 degree cel for 20 minutes.
In a baking tray brush some olive oil add the diced vegetables.
Now place the marinated fish on top of the vegetables.
Bake at 200 degree cel for 45 minutes.
Serve with hot rice or with bread.

Kofta|Meatballs recipe
Kofta|Meatballs |
Ingredients :
Minced meat (beef/mutton) 1/2 kg
bread slice 4 no
water 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Onion 1 no
Green chilli 3 no
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Garam masala or any kebab masala 3 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp/any other oil
Preparations :
In a bowl add the four pieces of bread and 1/2 glass of water.mash the bread well.
Add the minced meat chopped onion and coriander leaves to the bread.
Add the pepper powder,turmeric powder,kebab masala and salt to taste mix it well.
Keep in refrigerate for 30 mins.apply some oil in your hands and make small sized balls.
In a pan add some oil,keep the flame as medium low then put the meat balls one by one.
Do shallow fry on both sides well.Now the meats ball/Koftas are done.
Serve with roti or with rice.

Paleo Panner Dosa | Keto | Paleo Paneer Oothappam | பேலியோ | LCHF recipes
Ingredients :
Panner/Cottage Chesse 1 cup
spring onion
shredded coconut 1/2 cup
mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
curry leaves
turmeric pieces
turmeric pieces
Salt to taste

In a mixer jar put the panner,cheese,coconut and grind into paste
Now transfer the paste to the bowl and add the remaining ingredients
Mix the batter well
In a pan put the panner batter 2 to 3 spoons and gently press it down
Keep the flame in low otherwise the dosa will burnt quickly
when the sides become little brown in color,now try to flip it to another side gently.
cook both the sides well
NOTE :
if u cant able to flip ur dosa,or it stick to the pan means now add more chesse to the batter and try it again because the cheese is the bonding agent here

Galouti kebab(silky and smooth)
Ingredients:Cinnamon stick 3 inch piece
Cloves 3 no
Cardamom 6 no
bayleaf 1 no
Star anise 1 no
Mace flower 1 no
green chilly 2 pieces
Ginger 4 inch piece
Garlic 15 to 20 pods (china garlic means -7 pods)
onion 1 no
raw papaya 1/2 cup
Egg 1 no
gram flour powder 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
coriander leaves 1 cup
Minced meat 1/2 kg
oil 1 Tbsp
Preparations :
optional you can keep this marinated meat in refrigerator for 1 hr,that also gives you a super yummy kebab
- In a mixie jar add all the ingredients (expect the coriander leaves)and grind into smooth paste
- Now add the minced meat to the grinded paste and add 1cup chopped coriander leaves,turmeric powder and salt to taste
- mix it well.In a pan add oil`,apply Cooking Oil at your hands then prepare average sized kebabs from the grinded mixture make a small patties and do shallow fry on both sides of your kebab.
- now silky and smooth galouti kebab is ready now

- Take 1/2 kg cleaned and washed mutton,Add 2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Add 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder,1 Tsp Kashmir red-chilly powder,1 Tsp chilly powder,Salt to taste.Now mix it well
- Add two glasses of water
- Now close the pressure cooker and give 4 to 5 whistle or until the mutton become tender
- In a mixer jar add onion, cashews(optional)cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coconut, whole black pepper, cumin and fennel seeds close the lid and grind into paste
- In a wide pan add ghee (clarified butter )Once the ghee melts,add the grinded paste,Fry the paste until the raw smells goes Now the oil separates from the paste,add chopped garlic and saute well
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder,garam masala powder
- now the masala powder are cooked well,let the water dry up..
- Now our mutton masala is ready.
- finally! add some chopped coriander and mix well.

Paleo Egg Noodles | Grain free Low carb Noodles | LCHF
Paleo Egg Noodles/Grain free /LCHF
Ingredients :
Onion 1 no sliced
capsicum 1/2 cup
Carrot 1/4 cup
Cabbage 2 cups
Egg 4 no
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder 1Tsp
Black pepper powder as per taste
Salt to taste
Extra virgin Olive oil 3 tbsp
(add butter or coconut oil instead of Olive oil )
Preparations :
In a bowl break the eggs one by one and add in it
Add 1/4 tea spoon of turmeric powder, One tsp chilly powder and salt as per taste
Whisk the egg mixture well
Place a pan on the stove add oil (coconut,olive )or butter
When it became hot add the whisked egg and fry well
When the eggs are done transfer to a plate
Now saute the vegetables in the same pan,add apple cider vinegar as optionally i used here.
Saute it well, don't overcook the vegetables, it should remains it crunchiness.
Now add the fried eggs to the vegetables mix well
Our Paleo egg noodles is ready.

Chicken Kabsa | Traditional Saudi Kabsa | Arabic Chicken Rice Recipe
Chicken Kabsa Rice with Eggplant
Ingredients :
Chicken 500g
Onion 1 no
Tomato 1 no
Chicken Kabsa spice 2 tbsp
Basmati rice 2 cups
Water
Salt
Bell pepper 1 no
Eggplant 1no
Butter 30 gm.
chicken kabsa spice:
Coriander, Cumin, Pepper powder each 1 tsp.
Cinnamon, Cardamom powder 2 each tsp.

preparations :
1. Wash and clean the chicken
2. In a pan add butter .when the butter melted add sliced onion
saute well, now add the capsicum and tomato saute it well
3. Add the cleaned chicken with the sauteed tomato, now add the kabsa spice mix .
here I'm using readymade mix, you can make your own kabsa spice mix also .
4. Fry the chicken well in this masala then add 4 cups of water to the chicken. cook the chicken until become soft
it take around 20 min
5. Now add the Eggplants whwas cut into cubes and Rice
6. mix well and cook for another 10 min until the rice done.
Yummy Chicken Kabsa is ready
